Estimated delivery time:

- The order placed before 2 PM will be proceeded the same day.

- The order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be proceeded on Monday. The mainland US delivery usually takes from 2 to 5 days. We deeply appreciate your patience during this time.

N.B. Every order is tracked by geolocation requiring precise address with a secure delivery location.

Terms of Sale:

Prices can be changed without any prior notice, excluding the orders with the shipping confirmation number.

Company is not responsible for the late or postponed delivery resulted from unforeseen circumstances and/or act of God.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order. In such cases, we will notify you by email and refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

All orders are fulfilled due to goods availability in stock.

Broken Orders

If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours. Email us with the photo of the damage caused to the ar@modixdrpen.com. Please keep all packaging as well. The photo and packaging are needed to facilitate a claim with the shipment company and prevent from any further disputes.
