Are your products genuine Dr. Pen products?

We are an authorized retailer for Dr. Pen products. Everything we sell is guaranteed to be genuine and comes with a full manufacturer's warranty and product support.

SHIPPING

What shipping methods do you use?

We offer free, next working day delivery via UPS or FEDEX on all orders. Orders placed before 2 pm will be shipped on the same working day, while orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

When will I get my product?

We ship on the day you order if it's before 2 pm. Delivery to mainland US addresses takes 5–7 days. Due to COVID-19, however, delivery times may in some cases be a little longer due to the volumes UPS and FEDEX are processing. We appreciate your patience.

Please note all items are GEO tracked, so you must enter a valid address and provide a safe delivery location. All disputes on items delivered by the carrier must be handled with the carrier. When you order, you agree to release www.drpenusa.com from any liability regarding delivery.
