What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Dr. Pen as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 30 days to return it and get your money back. Only purchases made directly on modixbeauty.com qualify. For Dr. Pen products purchased elsewhere, you must contact the retailer.

How do I return an item?

  1. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact our Customer Experience Team via email at support@modixbeauty.com
    2. When we receive your email, a team member will send you a Return Authorization Form to complete and return. The form MUST be included with your return. We do not cover shipping costs for returns. Please hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for packages lost by the carrier.
    3. Once we receive the item in our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business days to process the refund.
    4. The refund can take 5–7 business days to show up in your original payment method.

How long is the warranty?
In addition to our 30-day, money-back guarantee, Dr. Pen offers a one-year warranty from the date your product is purchased.

What does this limited warranty cover?
It covers defects in materials or workmanship under regular use during the warranty period. Dr. Pen will repair or replace products or parts of a product under warranty that prove defective at no charge.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
It does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage that have not resulted from defects in materials or workmanship. This includes damage incurred after delivery, attempts to alter the product, or if it has been dropped or broken.

Change of mind policy
If you simply change your mind, you have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund as long as the product is in an unused and resalable condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories. Due to some of our products' health and safety concerns, change-of-mind returns must be unopened with seals intact: We do not cover shipping costs.
